Settled in Red River Gorge, Kentucky, Ingrid is an independent artist, rock climber, traveler and dreamer. She spends her days barefoot in the woods, caring for her chickens and pulling inspiration from the Appalachian wilderness surrounding her.
She especially enjoys creating murals for the local rental properties - from sunflowers to rock n roll, she has completed a wide variety of large works. “Murals are great because not only do they raise the rentability of a space, but they also immerse the guests into the heart of the artistic community we have out here.”
Ingrid opened Red River Gorge Earth Shop in 2023, showcasing her artwork along with other local artisans. The gallery focuses on the creative soul of Eastern Kentucky.
