Bat Hang Original Art Print

from $24.00
Just hanging out. Slightly confused about the situation. Bat Hang features a wide-eyed little bat suspended inside a red carabiner, surrounded by lush plants growing up and around him. He looks straight out at the viewer with an expression somewhere between curiosity and complete bewilderment, as if he’s not entirely sure how he ended up there. Soft, strange, and a little ridiculous, the piece turns a familiar bit of climbing gear into a tiny moment of its own.

This piece was a blend of a previous doodle of an opossum hanging in a carabiner with an old watercolor print I created a few years ago of a bat hanging in a mushroom. I thought - why not combine the two and see what comes up? I struggled a bit with what color to make the carabiner. Landing on red was a great choice, it pops perfectly agains the lush greenery!

Museum-quality posters made on thick matte paper. Add a wonderful accent to your room and office with these posters that are sure to brighten any environment.
