Just hanging out. Slightly confused about the situation.
Bat Hang features a wide-eyed little bat suspended inside a red carabiner, surrounded by lush plants growing up and around him. He looks straight out at the viewer with an expression somewhere between curiosity and complete bewilderment, as if he’s not entirely sure how he ended up there.
Soft, strange, and a little ridiculous, the piece turns a familiar bit of climbing gear into a tiny woodland moment of its own.
This original painting was created on 6 x 8" deckled watercolor paper and comes displayed in an 8 x 10" gold floating frame, leaving the natural edges of the paper visible.
